PLAN:

DO:

Implement the processes.

CHECK:

Monitor and measure processes and product against policies, objectives and requirements for the services/product and report the results.

NCR System

To ascertain quality, we are using the NCR (Non Conformity Report) system systematically. In this system, any member of DIACO can generate an NCR which is then recorded, processed, monitored and the conclusions are implemented to remedy the non-conformity.
